Young Pathways provides high-quality out-of-home placements for children and young people in care. Our purpose is to offer safe, stable, and nurturing homes where care-experienced children feel valued, understood, and supported to thrive.

We are committed to creating inclusive, homely environments that promote belonging, emotional security, and positive identity. Every child and young person is welcomed as an individual, with their history, culture, needs, and strengths respected and celebrated.

Through trauma-informed, relationship-based care, we focus on building trust, consistency, and meaningful connections. Our homes are not just placements — they are places where young people can feel safe enough to grow, develop confidence, and begin to believe in their future.

As a Community Interest Company, everything we do is driven by social purpose. Any surplus we generate is reinvested directly into improving our homes, strengthening support services, and expanding opportunities for care-experienced children and young people.
